The RGB Color Mixer attaches to National Instrument's USB-6008 or 6009 interfaces to give LabVIEW program control of a ping-pong ball sized "pixel." By varying the intensity of the red, green and blue LEDs, the entire spectrum can be displayed (at least as interpreted by the human eye). The Color Mixer can also be used with Vernier's LabPro or with Texas Instrument's CBL or CBL2; however, these do not allow rapid transitions from one color to the next.
